Great Family Hotel

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The room was clean and a good size for the four of us. The location was excellent for the tram/train and there is plenty going on around the hotel. The pool was lovely and had plenty of towels. Things that need improving: The storage for clothes was minimal. When arriving at the hotel there was no available parking (this is advertised as being available) When you get out of the pool there is no changing room, so we had to go back to the room wrapped in towels. To extend the room for a late check out was very expensive.

Very well designed studio room. Very quiet. Restaurant serves an awesome breakfast & coffee. Would like to see a dedicated elevator for the hotel staff. It could be a long wait when the housekeeping staff was going to their floors w/ the carts. More hooks & towel racks needed in the bathroom if you’re participating in the towel reuse program.

There was no parking available and if it was the car could not be moved once parked. The area does not have adequate parking upon arrival told car park is full find something yourself. Poor service hotel is tired and noisy as room was next to a sports field and residential apartments

Property was great. We stayed new years and the hotel was full and an elevator was down and couldnt be repaired due to no fault of the hotel. The staff did the very best they could and even though the hotel was overwhelmed we still managed to get checked in early and a late check out. Loved the lolly station in the lobby and the balcony on the room. Gorgeous hotel.
