The staff who assisted with our check-in was not friendly. The booking indicated that free Wi-Fi was available; however, when I inquired about it, I was informed that there was no Wi-Fi on the property. If Wi-Fi is not offered, this should be accurately reflected in the listing. Additionally, the bathtub was not clean, which made me uncomfortable using the shower.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunateky though, there wasn't any body was nor any shampoo in the bath/shower. The o ly squeeze container that was filled was the hair cobditioner.

The fan for heat/air was loud and paper thin walls meant there was lots of noise. There was truck parking outside our window late at night. It was easy to find and right off 95 so the location was easy for traveling.

Locked out of room due to property malfunction. Left sitting in office lobby for nearly an hour sitting at breakfast table. Had to ask for another room while our meds and clothing locked in our first room. This after being tired and covered with sand from the beach. Unacceptable! 2nd room had nasty lamp shade

Front desk person was not that friendly. Had a hard time finding my reservation. Did not seem concerned about the fact the coffee machine did not work. Could at least have put a sign on it. Instead folks are going up to front desk to say something and very nonchalant says “oh yeah - it’s not working”. Seems like need a more customer friendly person on the overnight shift into early morning.
