The property is ideally located in the heart of Surfers Paradise. Rooms were clean but dated. Cleaning staff were friendly and could teach front counter staff a thing or two about customer service.

Great room, view and facilities, although the steam room was out of action the whole time. Wasnt impressed with quality of buffet also pancakes dry and gluggy. Barister made awesome coffee. The access key to the parking took them 3 goes before it worked, bit annoying that we had to go up to checkin twice, 3rd time I rang and they finally got concierge to let us in then renewed our parking access key and finally worked. Not something you want to deal with after a long drive

Nice rooms with spectacular views. Lift access is non-building code compliant, so wait a while. Housekeeping are dreadful, you need to watch them and tell them to clean the glass tables with windex, not a sponge, and wash the glasses, or the put them away dirty. Again this is a place where losing a customer is not an issue. A good location guarantees more of them. Crowned with a rubbish restaurant for bogans, its a McDonald's experience at a premium price
