Property was great most of everything was great except for the air conditioner, rattling and making pumping noise like pumping water out. They did offer to move us, but they didn’t have anymore single king size beds they wanted to move us to a double queen and me and my wife did not want that the air conditioner was not screwed into the wall. I am a maintenance man at a resort and it just needed to be tightened. All the screws were loose and not screwed in. I could pull it out of the wall. I tightened it myself the best I could without tools that helped the rattling, but not the pumping water sound. But I think it is a good hotel to stay at. It’s very close to everything. Everything is 5 to 10 minutes away and the outlet mall is only 17 minutes away. It’s very affordable.

$15 parking fee no good

For one night it was fine. The “hot” water was warm. The lady checking us in was short worded and struggled to be nice. No where I seen I would have to pay to park. They charged an additional $15 to park. Not happy about that. It was clean and clean sheets and towels. Economy breakfast.

We booked a suite to accommodate two adults and a pet. The room condition was awful with remnants of pot outside the door entrance and actual dead roach inside the room. Floors were filthy and bathroom had mold in the corners. The odor inside the room was so awful we decided to leave the property and stay elsewhere. Very disappointed and different from the online reviews which rated cleanliness as "good" or "excellent". I suspect the suites are used for parties and such since it accommodates more guests than the standard room.

We went to Saint Augustine for a wedding. Best Western was the best price. The room was clean but the air conditioner was noisy. Overall it was a good location to downtown historic area.

Found several bugs or roaches or water bugs in my room the phone in the room was not operating to call the front desk. The air conditioner on one of the evenings kept turning off and overall the room was a little dirty. It could’ve been cleaner the entrance and exit door to the room was filthy. The floor looked dirty. Their excuse was a remodeling and it was Ink on the floor was seeping through. Not sure what that means but nonetheless won’t be staying again.

Loved St. Augustine. A lot to do

It was convenient with vehicle to downtown historic St Augustine. Room was fine. Room was compatible with price. Must have overlooked the $15 parking fee per night.
