This beautiful pool home with amazing location provides all you need for an exceptional stay! You'll have 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, parking for 4, private pool, fast wifi, outdoor shower, gas grill, tv in every bedroom (streaming Netflix, Prime and YoutubeTV plus fast wifi. This light and bright open concept main floor has tall ceilings, Living Room, modern Kitchen with island seating and dining room space for 6-8...this house is so well equipped if we don't provide it you probably don't need it!

Main Floor:

The modern kitchen has stainless steel appliances, marble backsplash and an island with seating for 3. The Living Room has a large 60 inch wall hung TV, 2 sofas and the Dining Room has seating for 6-8. Light and bright with windows overlooking the Mission and the pool...it is a relaxing space after a busy day of sightseeing. Also downstairs are a 1/2 bath, pantry and laundry area for your convenience.

The first floor Primary bedroom is spacious with King Bed. vaulted ceilings, ceiling fan, wall hung TV and an en-suite bath with large walk in shower and glass shower doors.

Second Floor:

Upstairs are 3 bedrooms...two with Queen beds and one with 2 Twin Beds. Each bedroom has it's own wall hung TV and ceiling fan. The full bath upstairs is a tub/shower combination with glass shower doors. There is a central hallway leading to an upper porch with beautiful views of the Mission.

Outside:

There is a spacious deck area for lounging. The pool has a waterfall feature and swim up bench so relaxing is easy. You'll also find an outdoor shower, patio dining table with seating for 6, several lounge chairs and gas grill. There is green space and all of this is fully fenced and private.

Guests rave about our location! We are in a neighborhood located adjacent to the famed Castillo de San Marcos (the Fort) and the Mission. There are shops and restaurants at the end of the block and you can easily walk to St. George street.

External security cameras in use. This is for your protection and protection of the property. Video recordings occur incrementally. Video is routinely deleted by the system and would only be shared with law enforcement as needed. Exterior cameras overlook each driveway (there are 2). The front driveway camera includes a portion of the pool.
