The room are clean ... the entire staff was SUPER nice ! It's not the Hilton but it definitely is a nice place to stay that is very close to all the sites in St Augustine. Nice Mexican food restaurant right across the street with good food at very reasonable prices !

Very out of date, not especially clean, hand soap was so old it was cracked and broken, no maid service for 4 days, including no fresh towels, emptying waste baskets, etc. We didn't bother to complain as we were barely there except to sleep....no change of linens or bed making either. Cheap, so I guess you get what you pay for!

When we got in our room the floor had puddles of water from the mopping. Woman at front desk was nice but said, “The mop must have been too wet.” Period. No offer to do anything about it. I let her know we were going to get something to eat, please have someone dry the floor so no one slips. Her reply, “I will try to get someone up to take care of it.” She wasn’t rude but did not offer until I insisted. We later spilled some water on the tile, when we cleaned it up the tissue was gray. Floors could be cleaned better. Otherwise, nice room, comfy bed/pillows, nice selection of eats in the morning. I would stay there again.
