It was a spacious room and for the most part clean but they had a filthy chair in the room and the door to the room did not lock. They could use a suitcase stand and more tables and chairs They are in a very tourist trap area so they don’t need to try very hard on decor apparently because it was non-existent.. The continental breakfast was generic and reminded me of a cafeteria breakfast. They needed tablecloths on the tables.

The front desk clerk was amazing. If I owned a business i would hire her! The room was clean, but you can tell it is a old hotel. The lication was perfect!! I would stay there again in a heartbeat!!

Based on the pictures you are led to believe is a beautiful resort, but upon arrival, it is very rundown paint is chipping all over the place. The lobby smells like mold. Breakfast was a great attempt, but quality wasn’t very good. They did have a nice selection for breakfast.. no bar or restaurant on property but in front of a liquor store. The walls are very thin so you could hear every noise from other rooms. The location is great if you are going downtown Saint Augustine the room was very clean though the outside is just in rough shape needs a good painting and cleaning.

We stayed for two-nights. Although the establishment has been there for a while, the place was updated inside the room and it was very clean! We enjoyed the huge shower space too! The location is very quiet in the evening after the trolley cars are done for the day. It was only 10 to 15 minute walk to the Historic Alley Way to see all of the shops and Christmas lights. Staff were very helpful as well. Breakfast was just right.

Room was loud due to lack of insulation or sound barrier. People speaking could be heard in the next rooms and outside. Doors are hard to close so there’s the slamming of doors. It’s like the walls are paper thin. Location is good and some updates have been done.

Hot shower clean towels hot breakfast eggs sausage gravey convenient location. We walked to many sights. Joanna was an absolute pleasure. Very kind and helpful. She needs a raise or promotion. Enjoyed Saint Augustine very much. Floors were dirty and rooms are damp.

This hotel is a convenient walk to down town St Augustine. About a 15-20 min brisk walk. They have a great breakfast and friendly helpful staff. The rooms are small but have been updated. Bathroom is small but again nice and updated. You can’t beat this location for price and convenience. I recommend highly!

It was a short walk to downtown Saint Augustine went for the night of the lights. It was really good. The room was comfortable and clean. Everything was a nice Christmas light show the breakfast however wasn’t much to mention overall well worth the money.

The staff was fine. The room and hotel was misrepresented. The room was not clean with mold in the bathroom, stained sheets, etc. There was some type of tech equipment hanging in front of the door which kept getting lower were we could walk right into it on the second morning. My daughter got sick the first night there so we had to leave early and the hotel would not refund any of our money. I understand that I had prepaid and the charges were non-refundable, but I would have appreciated at least one day refunded. I would remove this hotel from your site.
