Hard beds

I’m writing to express my disappointment following a recent stay at your property. The bed in my room was extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it nearly impossible to get a good night’s rest. When I attempted to address the issue with the night auditor, I was met with complete disinterest. Rather than offering any assistance or even showing concern, he remained focused on watching a sports game on his phone throughout our interaction. This lack of professionalism was both frustrating and disappointing.

We stayed at this property eight years ago and it was nice. Unfortunately, it has not been maintained and updated so furnishings were damaged and chipped from years of use. The room had an odor. A coin on the floor and filthy corners in the bathroom and by the tub. The tub’s surface was worn off and disgusting. Most breakfast items were gone. Evidently an altercation in the parking lot between someone and a hotel employee had brought police to the premises so staff was busy outside instead of attending breakfast needs. Never again.

STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!

If you enjoy people who aggressively pursue you from across the parking lot when you are minding your own business, approaching you while they are raising their voice at you, making nasty comments, raising their voice at your 11-year-old child, accusing you of committing a crime, and deciding to be judge, jury, and executioner, then this place is for you. If that's not enough to excite you, how about having a K-9 officer involved and clearing you of any wrongdoing just to be told that you are never allowed to come back or you will face being arrested for trespassing. If you enjoy someone saying that they are afraid to hand you the letter themselves because they are afraid to talk to you when they were the one acting aggressively, then the management team at this hotel is just what you need to make an impossible situation all it can be. Just the kind of thing that makes a family emergency everything you hoped it could be.
