The TV didn't work. I had hoped to spend the end of a busy Saturday watching the last of the college football games. The staff could not get it to work. For some reasons the rates were double the usual rates, so it was especially egregious. I was given the managers card to discuss an adjustment in the morning, but she didn't come in (Sunday). I emailed her and she never responded. Apparently the decision was just to ignore it.

Check was easy and quick, and the staff were easy going and courteous. The room was clean and well lit. Bathroom was clean and everything worked like it should. The price was great and it's within walking distance of plenty of stores.

To stay or not to stay

We checked in Friday 9-19-25 at 730. We checked out Friday 9-19-25 by 8:00. The hotel was gross and dark. The only thing that was nice was the check in lady.

I costs $100 more then expected

The stay was fine. My complaint is that they expect you to have $100 more then the expected cost and then claim to refund the amount after you check out but that process could take 5 "working" days to complete. Until then you are out $100 and are left to wonder if the stay was worth the actual cost. I say NO it's not that great and only rate it as okay, nothing more. My opinion might change once and even if I receive my deposit back. Right now I question that happening.

The hotel is under construction but Wyndham does not tell you this. I'm there on business I do not have time to jump around looking for hotels. That is why I use a brand name like wyndham.it is suppose to be consistent excellent standards no matter which hotel that is under their banner that I use. Well tricks on me.

Our room looked at a Walmart parking lot. Disgusting! The motel was old and had a sink in the bedroom! It’s an old decrepit motel masquerading as a Days In. By Wyndham-trying to be high class but it’s a joke! Will never stay at Wyndam properties again!
