My room had candy wrappers, food crumbs, a lighter, and a marker on the floor under the bed skirts. There was hair in the shower and a fully packed duffel bag in the closet. The entire hallway smelled like cigarette smoke. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was warm.

I made my booking last year in December 2024. I requested a room on the first floor. My reservation was from April 26 thru 28. 2025. I arrived at 8:00am on April 26, 2025 to the Best Western hotel. The reception told me they were fully booked. I ask the staff will I be able to get a first floor room. The staff said no. So ask him if you fully booked now why I can’t get a room on the first floor. The elevator not working it being out for about 1 to 2 weeks. I’m fully disabled he gave me a room on the third floor make this make sense. Never ask to assist to help or anything very rude young person at the front desk. The Worst experience EVER !!! Never ask to with ur luggage either. Still had to pay full price !! This not the customer fault but the BW hotel’s fault!! DO BETTER BE BETTER Too!!! Tyrone S. Thanks

The breakfast was good but the bed sheets could have been cleaner. They had black specs on sheets no matter how much I wiped them off. Could have had a better review if it wasn’t for that.
