Area around the motel felt very unsafe. The room had a smell in the bathroom that was quite musty. Breakfast was terrible. I got a cup of coffee and dumped it down the drain. What food was there as not good, and not much at all.

There is a speaker vent to talk to staff and area to slide your tranasactions under rhe glass which should have been our first clue on the area of this property. The gentleman checking us in was friendly. The carpeted floors were filthy leading to the rooms. In the room, it didnt take long for the cockroaches to come out. We told the front desk we weren't staying and he did not seemed surprised. He offered us another room. We are pretty sure cockroaches don't check into one room at a time. How can this be a property that is suggested through expedia?

The owner who owns the property was very disrespectful and rude to me and I was very frightened. He threatened me to call the police on me for no reason and there was some property of mine was stolen and of the deposit money. I never got that back deposit money takes about 6 to 8 business days and when it pass the 6 to 8 business days, I still hasn’t got my money return

Super 8 St Charles Rock Road

The staff here always gives me exceptional customer service every time. They make the check in process headache free and fast as possible. If you haven’t stayed here I recommend you do they offer clean large rooms with a peacefully relaxing atmosphere.

This by far was the worst experience I’ve ever been thru, that skinny toothless Indian was hiding behind the cage acting like a bully bad ass from behind the cage was disrespectful and didn’t refund my money, I wish I could write what I wanna write but my review will not submit, this hotel need to be shutdown or new management, I called the police and got them involved, if you don’t care for safety then this is your spot, for people that care for their safety please do yourself a favor and spend extra $30 and go elsewhere, from the second walking in I felt very uncomfortable with the weed smell and the type of activities and people that were booking the room all looked shady, manager you will get what you deserve soon, at the end your nobody without the clients.
