I will NEVER stay here again. Idk how the rating is so good, but it is very misleading! The elevators had roaches and stink bugs, the hallways were so strong with fumes of cleaner like they were trying to cover up a smell. My room stank so bad, like must, pee, and mildew. There was a blood stain on my sheet. Hair in my towels, the blankets were stinky and dirty (i watched the cleaning crew in another room put the blanket on the floor, make the bed with new sheets, and put the blanket back on. THEY DO NOT CLEAN THE BLANKETS! The toilet had pee stains on the seat. The floors were extremely dirty, DO NOT walk around barefoot! Stains everywhere! Breakfast was a joke, its until 10am and I got there at exactly 9:30, there was no eggs or sausages left. Only waffles, cereal, and toast. They would not refill it. They ended up taking the muffins away without asking if anyone wanted any. Microwave sucked. Took 10 minutes to heat up 1 plate of food. Refrigerator stunk bad when you opened it. I had to but my own towels and linen to stay there because I refused to ask for more. And also my own cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom and disinfect surfaces. My two beds were different sizes, one was like a full and the other was a queen. The tv only had 28 channels, no kids channels, and there was no “casting” option on my remote as advertised in my room. This is a seedy motel that I would NEVER recommend anyone stay! I should have just gotten my money back and stayed somewhere else.

The customer service from the front desk, Mary, was horrible. We were very surprised at how rude she was. I didn't give it lower then a 3 star because everything else was great, especially the service at the buffet breakfast. The lady that was in charge of the breakfast area was keeping everything clean and was very welcoming.

Our family had a pleasant stay at the Comfort Inn, and we truly appreciated the excellent customer service provided by the staff. Everyone was welcoming and helpful, which made our visit enjoyable. However, we did experience a few concerns during our stay. The refrigerator in our room was not working, and we noticed some mold in the shower area. Additionally, the breakfast options were minimal, and we felt there could have been a few more selections available. Despite these issues, our overall experience was positive, and we were grateful for the hospitality shown to our family.
