Better customer service than most large hotels

The front desk was incredibly nice, and the breakfast workers were too. Rooms are a bit dated, but bed was comfy and location to campus and town is great. Parking was no problem either.

The room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable with very nice pillows and linens. The sitting area was nice and it had plenty phone charging jacks. The staff were all very nice both at the front desk and in the dining area. The free breakfast was delicious with numerous choices of hot and cold foods, including omelets, pancakes, waffles, sausage, many juices, coffee, cereals, fruits, and yogurts.

This was our second time staying here. Both times it was clean, up to date, the beds were especially comfortable with very nice pillows, padding, linens, and comforter. The free breakfast was really nice with choices of hot and cold. They had pancakes, omelets, sausage, waffles, all kinds of juices and coffee, cereals, yogurts, fruits, and many others. The staff was very friendly and the eating area was kept clean.

I stay here often. This was very bad experience. Property in desperate need of upgrades. Could not rest. Air conditioner very loud. Not cooling properly. Room need new carpet and mattresses. Asked front desk for Lysol. The musty smell was overwhelming. Love the staff. They are like family. Football season starts soon and they will raise prices because they can.

Everything was excellent - a little disappointed in the breakfast buffet. Breads were all but gone and not replenished. Eggs and sausages were absent upon arrival but eventually restocked. Would have been ice for things to have been replenished before completely gone.
