Staff was friendly and courteous, clean facility, only problem I had was the table between the beds was about to fall off the wall, seemed like an easy fix, but they told me several people complained about this, and didn’t understand why it wasn’t fixed after first complaint, desk staff did their best to satisfy my complaint.

We were given a handicapped room right next to the elevator. We checked in late so asked for another room the next day. We were told that they couldn’t move us or upgrade us because we booked with Expedia. I don’t really understand this but they said this is a policy of all of their third party bookings.

Staff was great, but I felt that the rooms were not the most comfortable. Maybe it was because we were in an accessible room, but the rug was thin and uncomfortable to walk on. The walls were thin and we could hear people walking above us as well as road noise outside and someone in another room yelling into a phone. I would not book again unless it was for a deep discount.
