Having the parking garage and the hotel check-in all the way across the property from where the hotel rooms are is quite inconvenient and makes absolutely no sense. Also, there was nothing special about the rooms. While it wasn’t bad, I simply expected more for this being boasted as a prominent hotel.

The resort was nice, I made the mistake thought in booking a room in a smoking section. When I tried to change the room at the resort the had no other availability. The pool was nice and the staff was very nice and friendly.

Liked resort in general. Employees were all very nice. The only real issue we had was with the housekeeping. They failed to let us know upon check in that we needed to request room service on a daily basis. So the next day we didn't get it until the evening after a lot of phone calls etc. Another day we mistakenly left do not disturb sign up but were back by 2 so it could have been done then but wasn't. Another day they came and made bed and took most of the used towels but didn't leave any fresh ones.
