Clean, friendly staff and great amenities.

We stayed 4 nights in Feb26 and everything was done well. The check in and check out process was easy; the room was well equipped and clean, the staff were helpful and the location was good. The views from the windows were not great- that was the only negative for me.

Each member of the staff was very friendly and helpful. They took care of everything we needed plus. There was absolutely nothing I could find wrong. I strongly recommend upgrading to an upper floor. It included many extras you don’t get from a regular room. Worth the extra for upgrade.

Room lovely, visited for my birthday lovely little complimentary touches.. Cake, wine,balloons was very mych appreciated. Great location for ferrys, trams & trains. A stones throw from sydney harbour and opera house

Easy check-in, great rooms, and friendly staff, all in a super convenient location. It’s my go-to place to stay whenever I’m in Sydney.

Very convenient to everything, parks, Opera House, Chinatown, shops, grocery. Safe area, walkable and busy. We had everything we needed at the hotel. Beds were comfy, room was quiet and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.
