Very good memories. Loved the idea of being able to walk to stores and restaurants. Great location. Provided transportation from airport and arranged for a private company to take us to the cruise terminal at a minimal cost. Loved their outdoor pool area. Would stay there again!!

Let me start off with saying that staff was very polite. Unfortunately, the elevator didn't work during my entire stay. Luckily, I was only on floor 2 but to see a parent lifting a stroller to get to another floor was disturbing. I downloaded the app, and it stated that rooms are cleaned every 3 days. I had to go to the front desk to ask for my room to be cleaned on the 3rd day. I was scheduled for the 4 th day to get it cleaned that's not cool. I spent the first 3 days taking out my own trash and asking housekeeping for towels and rags in the hallway. No one really spoke english so a had to google toilet tissue and show her my phone so she could understand. There was no sitting area to eat Wawa was across the street. So, my children and I had to eat in our rooms. Incidental was only $100, and the hotel immediately returned my funds when I checked out. There was a pleasant ride to and from the airport with the courtesy shuttle.

Refrigerator leaked and had to be unplugged. Toliet ran constantly. Trash was not emptied once over a five night stay. Linens were not refreshed once over a five night stay. Due to issues with experian's CBA, I was revooked into a first floor room next to vending and the front door, as opposed to the single room upstairs I had booked, so didnt sleep thanks to constant noise from guests and staff.

Shuttle service was terrible. Waited forever and was not picked up by one driver (non English speaking). Thank goodness for Todd, the third driver who agreed to take us to our hotel. We finally got there two hours after the plane landed!

The check-in process is very slow. We arrived a Friday afternoon and the elevator was broken. We left on Sunday and the elevator was still broken. This should have been fixed in 1 day or less. The room key kept on being disabled, no idea why. When we arrived, we found 2 ladies that were given the same room number.

Check in was easy. Room and facility was very clean. Beds could be a little more comfortable--felt a bit old and the sheets could be softer. Breakfast was very basic and could better quality for the hot items. However, for the price, the hotel was safe and the cleanliness a huge reason we'd stay there again.
