I went on a three hour trip. I reserved this hotel so that my son and family can have a good time in the pool and in the Jacuzzi for his birthday and the Jacuzzi had been broken apparently for months I was very disappointed. The water in the pool was too cold so they weren’t really able to enjoy that. We were really looking forward to just enjoying the Jacuzzi especially that I am a cancer patient and I have lots of bone pain so that was going to be the highlight of my trip and I was unable to enjoy any of it. I was not happy at all with my stay.

Not the room I booked

We booked a room with 2 queen beds, as we are a family of four (2 adults, 2 teenagers). I called early in the day ti confirm we were coming and let them know we would be arriving late. When we arrived, they only had rooms with king sized beds left. They wouldn’t give us two rooms, without paying for a second. The king room did have a small sofa bed, but there weren’t any pillows or blankets for it, and when I asked the front desk, they looked and couldn’t find any.

Shuttle doesnt run late at night

I arrived late in the evening and called for the airport shuttle service. Nobody answered the phone after multiple attempts. I paid for transportation only to find nobody at the front desk to check in. I saw my name on a list on the front desk, so they were clearly expecting me. After 30 minutes another guest and I knocked on the office door and woke the attendant. If you are arriving late, be sure to let them know your arrival time...and be prepared to wake someone if necessary. A 30 minute checkin at 12:30 is not a great experience.

If you arrive early, and are a frequent flyer who checks to see if you can get in your room before the 3 PM check-in time, prepare to sit for a while. Even though the cleaning crews have prepared rooms for occupancy, good luck on getting into your room before then. No reason clerks can't check you in, rather than have a line waiting at 3 PM. Ugh.

Decent spot overall. Unfortunately the hot tub was broken (not hot or bubbly regardless of setting) and the pool was polar plunge cold. The hot tub was slightly warmer than that but cold enough we left after 15 minutes of suffering. The tub leaked when we showered so there’s something wrong there (we told the front desk so they could fix it) it was affordable and clean and otherwise fine. So many plugs and usbs made charging very convenient.

Good hotel for the cost. Was looking for an inexpensive hotel near the airport and this fit the bill. A bit noisy up until about 10 Pm as air traffic was coming over head but quiet after that. Rooms were clean. Free breakfast in the morning was a plus. I would not hesitate to utilize this hotel in the future. Staff was very friendly.
