Very loud area, had a balcony room and every 30-45 minutes there was excessive honking and tires screeching. The AC was very loud. The front desk associates were not very friendly. Would not recommend for the price.

Front check in staff were rude and not helpful. For a Marriott property, it was dirty and out of character for the brand. When the reservation made I requested a roll away bed as we were a party of five going on a larger trip and told not a problem. When we checked in, we were told that they don't do roll away beds and treated us horribly. The 5th guest had to sleep on the floor. The positive side: there are food trucks right across the street which were amazing and highly recommended.

Staff is friendly, professional and informative. Interior feels safe. Property needs upgrades. My specific room was musty, refrigerator coils frozen and not properly cooling, and the exhaust fan didn’t work in bathroom. Shower handles were not safely attached to the wall. With the many options available in this downtown Tampa area, I would choose to stay elsewhere.
