Room was clean. But an extended stay hotel should have a couple of pots silver, cooking utensils, etc. there was only a dish towel. There was no usable internet. Occasionally it would kick on for a few seconds. I needed to check my email for a home sale, but nothing. I called the front desk and she told me hers was working. That I could call their tech guys and maybe get some help resetting my device (which I did 3 times already). So customer service was very dissapointing. Holiday inn express was much better when we stayed there. We stayed at your hotel when it first opened and loved it so thought we’d come again. So sad.

Naizir on the front desk was very nice. The room was clean and comfortable, no ability to open the window, balcony etc. However, there was no water pressure, the kitchenette was empty of supplies. Upon request there was no bottle opener on the property. The amenities such as a pool or restaurant not there. The breakfast was coffee, a basket of packaged lil muffins and fruit bars...that's not breakfast...The price did not reflect the amenities. It was very basic.
