The roach motel 6

If you’re Running from abuse maybe but other than that stay away from there it’s a roach motel and ppl unfortunately Live there ..

I ended up cancelling the reservation after checked in with in 10 minutes. Once I went to room beer cans everywhere, bed sheets not arranged, peep hold broken and people can see you from outside . When I talked to the front desk its their policy and they cant do refund. They said they will charge for one night and give refund for other night. I left with no option and ended up biting that expense and left the property. It had been more than 2 weeks, I dont see refund for one night either from hotel or from expedia. Even expedia response time for email is 24 hours. Seems like Motel 6 lied and did not issue any refund at all or communicate to expedia. I storngly recommend to not even try booking there . You will have bad experience. This resulted in booking hotel at Marriot for 250$ a night. over all I lost more in all directions. All I tried is to book hotel reasonably priced . Motel 6 disguised me picks in expedia. They need to be accountable and I dont even know how to resolve this. I earn my money by working hard. With some policies that doesn't even makes sense cost me money. I don't know when it will be resolved. Both expedia and motel 6 are accountable for this.

"The heater, phone, and TV were not functioning. The room lacked toilet paper and had a foul odor. The bed was dirty, covered in stains. The area was unsafe, to the point where people were handing out food to the homeless. I would not recommend staying here."

Very disappointing did not I had to leave $100 dollar room deposit also first room had cracks in and exposed wires the second room had damaged floors and the shower drain was broken. Not worth 120 dollars or its 6 star rating will never go back

Besides the sketchy neighbors next door the water in the tub was either boiling or scolding hot. Was on the first floor and The sliding glass door had broken locks. There was broken and chipped furniture. The mini fridge was not cooling and there were ROACHES. The room was clean and the linen were fresh through. I only stayed since my child had to be in surgery early in the morning and I couldn't afford any other booking. I didnt get any sleep while there. Hind sight is 20/20 will never book here again
