The smoke alarm had been removed from the wall and someone had obviously smoked in the room prior to our visit. Staff apparently didn't notice that the smoke detector had been disabled even though the room reeked of old smoke. Also, there was very little toilet paper on roll in bathroom and no extra roll to replace it with once gone.

Booked 3 rooms. 1 room ready at 3. The other 2 3:30, floors haven’t been moped in years. Asked about a noon check out. I was told ok. Non of the house keeping team knew. They walked in on my son getting dressed as he told them he was all set.

Very trashy .. very dirty and disgusting clientele they have there .. just prostitutes and drunks.. i left a day ealier because i couldnt stand the smell of the room and the looks of an ugly white trash prostitute in her 60's ..in her underwear standing at her door whenever i was leaving my room .. .. don't stay there if yoi are not a drug addict. Or an hiv positive prostitute looking for $20..

My reservation was cancelled because credit card didn't go through?? I received no notifcation of it being cancelled and that was after I called and asked for an 8 am check in. I should have been made aware of the issue then instead of the morning of my stay. They had already rented my room out.
