Water is very slow, linens are itchy to skin, toilet bowl is not cleaned thouroughly that it needs multiple flushes to clean the poop, breakfast included however there are no much food options. Staff is strict of 11am check out though we checked in late like 6pm then they (2 staff) were like complaining that us as customers aren't into housekeeping.
Stayed 3 nights for a vb tournament. Would not reccomend for more than a night or two. Comfortable enough, but definitely not worth the price paid. Pretty sure it was jacked up for the weekend. Had an old/damp smell, but a/c was cold and room was quiet. Did not pass the toddler cleanliness test as she was constantly picking popcorn up off the floor…we didn’t eat popcorn. Biggest plus was 24/7 access to filtered water in the lobby. Also, the staff was friendly.
I booked a handicap accessible room, i got in to check in ans they said oh..we dont have any,heres a regular room. I booked a handicap room for a reason! They then said they could refund money..yeah so then id not have anywhere to stay? She then said id have to talk to expedia about it after calling a couple other hotels. I was told id get a discount for the trouble..that didn't happen..the hotel cleaniness was good, and good breakfast..its just disappointing how they handled this situation.
Person that checked us in had no personality. Our room only had 2 towels so i went to the front desk and asked for 2 more. She stated i had to turn in dirty towels to get new ones. I told her we just checked in and 2 towels is not enough for 2 people for 3 nights. She just repeated what she said but with an attitude. The room was very musty and humid. The hallway was humid and musty. I was able to get extra towels when the next front desk person came on. I will not stay there again. Definitely not worth the price. I've stayed at way better hotels for less.
First you need to change the color outside of that hotel. The old white lady called one of the staff colored girl that really triggered my sister-in-law ext, but it was Kay that lady at the front desk that work 26feb that really made a difference in my stay she was very kind and pleasant to talk to and she solved all our problems great worker. Keep up the good work Kay she is the best 🌺 she work the 3pm-11pm shift👍👍
We had high hopes as the property had a high rating when we booked. When we arrived, the person at the front desk was on her phone and couldn’t be bothered to greet us or check us in. Additionally, there was what we assume was a homeless person hanging out in the lobby with a wagon full of junk.
Once we did finally get checked in, we made our way to the room where we found all of the smoke detectors in the hallway covered with plastic tape. This immediately made us feel unsafe.
Inside the room we were met with a musty mildew smell and the door didn’t close all the way. In fact, none of the doors closed all the way and you could hear everyone inside all of the rooms. This also let light in through the door at night making the rooms very bright.
The shower didn’t close all the way and leaked water all over the floor when we tried to take a shower. Additionally we found hairs on the towels, shower wall, and in the bed. The AC unit displayed 68 as the temperature however it was so hot and humid in the room all night.
Overall, it’s in a great location but we would opt to spend a few extra dollars and stay at a name brand hotel we know and trust. We were really disappointed.
The staff there are all so friendly, especially Naiya and Ericka.
We didn't meet anyone unwilling to assist.
Only suggestion would be offering differing items on the breakfast buffet, having the same items everyday becomes monotonous.
