Beautiful hotel but lacks comfort for the price!!

When we take these business trips on Saturdays this far from home we try and stay at locations that we believe will be clean and comfortable. I don’t work on Saturdays regularly, except for these situations and they are generally long days, so we do our best to find hotels that are well reviewed. The room was very clean, but it had no water pressure for the shower. The pillows were comfortable but the bed was very hard, and we woke with extreme back aches. We regular stay at Hiltons for this very reason, thier beds are wonderful but I couldn’t find a room where we needed it. For 285 I believed this hotel would have matched Hiltons comfort but I was sadly mistaken. I felt grossly over charged for the experience and will not be staying there again. Beautiful hotel though just not comfortable for aleeping.

I highly recommend this hotel! The rooms are incredibly clean and spacious, making for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants nearby and a short walking distance to the mall. The bar staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, adding to the hotel's charm. The only minor drawback is the small pool area, but it didn't detract from our overall experience.

We tried to check in early but our room wasn’t available yet. By time the Savannah Banana game was done it was late (10:30pm). We grabbed our bags and gave the car & keys to the valet and headed into the lobby area. We waited approximately 20 minutes while the young clerk was on the phone w another client. There was already another guest ahead of us that was still waiting for washcloths etc for over 1/2 hr he said. My BF went to find someone to assist and found that person in the bar area. Come to find out the 2nd front desk clerk was in the back the entire time. There should be someway of notifying them that extra assistance is needed instead of having us wait for this extended period of time. Once it was our turn check I was quick and we were inniur room before we knew it.

All the amenities were as advertised. Comfy bed nice shower water pressure. Staff all super nice and accommodating. Able to walk to amazing restaurants there. Grocery store gas stations etc all within walking distances. Would definitely stay here again
