The staff were all great and friendly and they honestly would have probably switched me rooms if I had said something but it was 11p when we got in and we were headed to NOLA in the morning and all too tired from driving to want to change rooms that bad but there was black curly hair all over the shower and bathroom itself. I understand that hair can be impossible to get up sometimes but there were just loads of it everywhere. Yuck. The hall way on the 3rd floor smelled very mildewy/moldy. Luckily the room itself smelled ok and the main floor/lobby smelled good actually. The breakfast wasn’t amazing but was far from the worst I’ve ever had so honestly it was enough for me. Just did not like the hair and lack of shower door lol

The was probably one of the worst hotels I stayed at. My fridge and microwave were in the middle of the walkway in the room. The house keepers pushed it back. No garbage bag in one of the garbages. House keeper has to bring keenex because it was missing. There was no matress cover on the beds just a fitted sheet. The floors in the hallways were worn and dirty. Nobody cleaned the bathroom fan in years probably. The shower head was broken and when I notified the front desk at 2pm, they said to unplug my TV and plug it back in. When did I become maintenance? I am the customer! Best they could offer was a bunch of I’m sorties. Lastly, the afternoon desk attendant made sure to finish her conversation with what looked like a coworker before greeting me. If you even want to call it a greeting. The parking lot was empty and they had a problem with the house keeping system so the only rooms they had “available” was 3rd floor.

Almost everything was perfect except, the blinds in our room did not close and there was a big parking lot light shining straight inside our room and in our face so we grabbed the corners of the curtain that was hanging up and held them with a hanger so that we could sleep!!! Everything else was excellent!!! Did not take pictures because I did not think about it and we are usually not picky but I can’t sleep with light shining on my face all night!!

I can’t believe Expedia even offers this hotel. Do you not check out these places. I would never ever send anyone to this hotel trap. This makes me wonder if I can depend on Expedia to only offer decent hotels. This was absolutely the worst experience my family and I have ever had!!!!!!!!

Room was big, bed & pillows were comfy. Hallway carpet dirty and had stains. Elevator made a clunking sound every time we used it. Staff said they had no hand soap for the rooms, due to truck not making delivery for 2 weeks, but gave us body wash to use. Staff was friendly though.

Breakfast was minimal and not very good. No variety for the kids. Fridge broken in breakfast area. Had to ask for everything cold from the back. Room was clean except the shower. We had to ask for soap, as there was none in our shower. Room was hot when we arrived. Took a long time for the older AC to catch up. Front desk staff were very accommodating and polite. Parking is very tight
