Excellent example of a nice Hilton

This is a very nice, large hotel on a beautiful property. While the pool was small compared to a "resort", it was sufficient for a quick dip. There is a long boardwalk over the small lake which has a fountain and nice scenery. Restauarant was delish! Excellent service at all times, everywhere in the hotel. Free self parking was a great value! Rooms had a mini frig and coffee maker with a few packets of coffee & tea. There is NO microwave to warm up food in the room. The water bottles in room stated only for silver and gold Hilton Honors members, and I usually get them at all Hilton properties even though I am "blue" status, so felt a bit "icky". Overall wonderful stay!

We flew into St Petersburg airport late, so the location was ideally close and easy to find. Staff were very friendly and we found everything we needed. Location was central for us to navigate into Tampa and also spend some time at the beach. Area is beautiful and quiet for early morning walks. King mini suite was roomy for 3 guests. Absolutely no complaints.

Stay was nice. The room had someones bath products still in the shower upon arrival which made me question the cleanliness. I had to ask for housekeeping service as nobody came the first 2 days to clean despite it being daily housekeeping. The walls are thin so hallway noise was a bit of an issue but not terrible. The property is beautiful but the advertised walkway around the lake was closed and in bad shape. This could have been hurricane related but that was 6 months ago. They should notify people its not available. Overall a decent place with a few issues.

Manager Brian is awesome!

Had a little trouble with water during stay but all worked out. Manager Brian (from Buffalo)was super helpful, courteous and kind. #go bills!

The boardwalk is broken, and the pool is cold, not heated. The Jacuzzi was not working correctly. The pool towels were very old. The place was clean, and the staff were friendly.

Top notch, friendly, professional staff. Responded quickly to requests. I gave 3 stars for cleanliness because the elevator floors were sticky (as if someone had dropped their drink) and it took a few hours for someone to mop it. We also found ants in our room that made their way into my suitcase (perplexing considering we were on the 8th floor and there was no food in the room) but the staff responded quickly when I reported the issue, offered a different room, treated the room for ants, and assisted with getting the ants out of my suitcase and laundering my ant-infested clothes. The front desk and maintenance employees were very helpful and kind.
