Property was in much need of repairs and up keep. Room smelled of heavey perfumes and rotten cabbage. Hallway carpets were stained all down the hallway. Whole hotel was dated. Beds were marginally comfortable, but i was extremely tired and could of slept in my truck comfortably. did not stay for breakfast. Parkinglot was dark and dim. Was my last resort due most hotels being booked or priced over $200+ for the night. I paid average price for a below standard hotel. Property was loud. Seemed like a cheap extended stay property for workers who just didnt care.

I've stayed at this hotel a number of times over the past decade. The service is good, the room is decent. The rates are good. However, this last stay was somewhat spoiled by a dog barking in a nearby room, consistently for over an hour.

I booked 4 double bed rooms and when I checked in, they didn’t not have the rooms I booked and only have single bed rooms .we had 8 middle aged men that had to sleep together

This is an older facility but it was still very clean and in good repair. There seem to be workers that stay there during the week. They had a couple of barbecue grills out on the sidewalk. But everyone I ran into was polite and nice. It was a very quiet night with a comfortable bed. I didn't eat breakfast so I can't comment on that. I would definitely stay there again.

The property did the trick on a busy weekend in Grand Forks. The check-in staff was pleasant but didn't mention that the room they were giving me was a smoking room -- I kept it but I also kept the window open that evening. The room was generally in decent shape but honestly, the cleaning could be a little more ... enthusiastic. The room was a bit grubby (unidentified smear on the wall in a couple places) but the important parts (the beds, bathroom) were clean. The "breakfast" was a little uninspired. Overall, it was a good value -- the price was significantly less than other nearby properties on a busy college weekend.
