It was a cold snowy night. Heater was not working on the room and they were full to capacity on a Tuesday night. The staff dis give me milk for my son so I am grateful for that

This location should be shut down. It is not livable. I asked for a washcloth for my guest and I to be able to shower, we were told they didn't have any and that we would have to wait until tomorrow to get some. When tomorrow came, they could only give us one washcloth. We asked for a roll of tissue and was given a small roll, so that by the end of the night, you would need another roll.

1) when arriving (5:30-6pm), room found crew* working on. Desk not aware of, nor other rooms available. Awaited. 2) Room had NO INTERNET CONNECTION, WIFI OR TV!!! (Basics) 3) comical, no hangers or coffee pouch for maker 4) electrical work awaitingcompletion husband found to incl stemming wiring for new batheoom light behind hanging non affixed mirror...fire safety no doubt. After 6 years+ stopping in, no more gathering no "Corporate" oversight.

Wasn’t really thrilled. The neighbors assigned to neighboring rooms were loud as they came in at 12& 2 am. Did not get good rest. Walls seemed thin. The kids were able to have waffles at breakfast which they seemed to really enjoy. I give it 2 out of 5 for price and practicality

We checked into the first king size room and the heater did not work. We put the unit off heat, and ran it up to 90° and left for dinner, and it was still cold when we returned. My husband went to front desk to report this and to get extra towels, and was told we would need to turn in dirty towels to get more towels...as is we were planning to steal them, I'm assuming. He was also told that someone would come look at the heat unit. I went to the front desk to explain to her that we needed extra towels and we didn't have dirty towels because we'd just checked in, and when could we expect maintenance to come look at it because it was going to be nighttime soon and it was 30°outside and the unit only blew out cold air. She said in 15-20 minutes. She came to our room in about 5 minutes and said no one was going to be able to come repair it. She then looked at the unit to check to make sure we had it set on heat and and saw that it was set on 90 and blowing cold air. I told her we'd need another room, and she proceeded to check the room to see if we'd messed up anything, I'm assuming again. We were on the first floor and the only other king room was on second floor, and no elevator, and my husband has trouble coming stairs, but we had to if we wanted a king room. She tried to give us a double, but i told her it wouldn't work for us. The second room was warm. The breakfast is disappointing and dirty.
