The decor of the hotel, grounds and rooms was beautiful and clean. All hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Found out towards the end of the stay that we were able to use hotel transportation to get to dinner, etc. That was wonderful, but wish we were told from the beginning.

Staff made us feel like Rock Stars!

First class hotel! From the front desk to the maid service, the staff were incredibly accommodating - they made us feel like rock stars. The restaurants served great food, the lounge/bar was fun with live music most nights, the location was fantastic, the hotel was exceptionally clean, I can't say enough about this hotel. It's a little pricey, but well worth it. We decided to plan a trip there next year!

stayed at the sand pearl July 10-14th ] and was shocked by the complete lack of accountability after my daughters Louis Vuitton went missing from my room. Despite reporting the incident immediately after noticing it was gone, and clearly identifying the time frame and location where it was last seen (inside the hotel room), the hotel did nothing to assist in recovering it or offer any compensation. The response from management was dismissive. They claimed no responsibility, offered no support beyond a generic apology. requested him to review cameras but was told there is no cameras. This wasn’t a misplaced item — it was taken. I feel like he didn’t take me seriously. I’ve stayed in many hotels around the world, and this experience was a first — and hopefully the last. If you’re traveling with valuables, think twice before booking here. A locked door and trust in staff should mean safety not risk. Expensive lesson learned.

Beautifully renovated. Friendly service. Nice pool area with ledges to half sit in the water. One bedroom worth the upgrade. Kitchen stocked with basic utensils and has stove oven mic full fridge. Needs a coffee maker (not just keurig) and baking sheets, colander and good knives. I would stay here again but they need to fix the following: bathroom locks broken, the three elevators were extremely slow or broken for the duration of our trip. Broken balcony chair. No hot water in the shower during busy times.

Was ok.. for the price not sure it’s worth it. Elevators weren’t all working, outside pool bathroom was gross, coffee machine in the room was horrible even after getting a new one
