Caulk over Black Mold is Bad

The rating I saw on Hotels.com was above 9. We would rate the hotel 7. We thought the room rate was low for a 9+ rating. We realized that the low price fr the rom matched the hotel. The room liked clean, but the bathroom was full of broken white caulk applied over black mold. We were disappointed with what we saw in the bathroom.

Best Breakfast Experience

No complaints whatsoever! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate. We enjoyed a very comfortable stay. The breakfast bar stood out for its variety of choices, excellent coffee, and delicious food. Yolanda is an excellent breakfast host. Attentive without being intrusive, she demonstrated sincere concern for the guests and took obvious pride in her work. Of all the hotels we have visited, her service stood out above all others.

Ease of mind

We got a room to move our son into his dorm at ABAC. 7hr trip. The room was great and so were the staff. We were made to feel comfortable in this emotional time for a mom sending off her oldest.

Rooms need uplift.

Clean and convenient to everything. Staff friendly. Looks a little worn. Mattress needs replacing. Sags in the middle. Poorly designed convenience area- No light in area and refrigerator opened in wrong direction. Could hear road noise at night. Charge everyone a $1.00 convenience fee upon checkin. Couldn’t get an answer why this was charged. Very competitive area for hotels. Will not likely stay here again.
