I liked the price (I should have known). The expedited check in was a plus and the staff. Dislikes: very rough area, people knoking on door at 130am constantly...until I opened the curtain and told them, they vot the wrong room. I talked to manager and she stated: "sorry about that". If I was with my family, I would have gotten the jeck out of there, in a heart beat.

Older model rooms pool was empty broke not fixed yet lawn and landscaping well maintained ice machine in very back and top of stairs on stair well hard on handicap accessible bed was springy

I’m 49 years old and worked as a traveling service worker in the manufactured housing industry and this was the absolute worst booking and hotel experience I’ve ever had. The property was disgustingly filthy and drug paraphernalia was left in the room I booked from whoever stayed there before the room was absolutely disgusting and filthy I went to complain about it and they said no refund and gave me another key card and asked for the first one back and I said I don’t want to stay here so I got in contact with Expedia and they were no help whatsoever even after I told them everything and they said file it on the travel insurance I purchased and that was a waste of time because they said they didn’t cover any of my issues. Si I ended up having to go to the room the gave me next and it wasn’t much better at all the microwave didn’t work the room had two small beds I booked a king size bed and it wasn’t clean either. I tried to get a little rest but couldn’t so I checked out early the day before my trip was over and they would not give me any documentation showing I checked out early so again I contacted Expedia hoping they would help me and they just told me to hold on then they came back and said they would try to get a refund but I would here from them by email. Nothing happened so I warn everyone don’t book at this hotel or buy travel insurance if you actually think they are going to fulfill their contract because they won’t or didn’t for me then if you use Expedia good luck

First room, toilet wouldn’t flush, water on the floor of the bathroom. Immediately, we asked for a new room. That one had water on the floor in the bathroom, a stray hair on the bathroom floor (gross, dirty!), and the shower insert was so old or dirty there was no way that I was using it. All I expected was a place to sleep and shower, but I only got one.
