El hotel es un asco, llegamos y nos dieron una habitación que ya estaba ocupada, luego nos cambiaron a otra que estaba peor aún las sábanas amarillas nunca las habían cambiado ni lavado el baño ni para contar resumen mi familia y yo nos tuvimos que ir a otro hotel.

The property was find for what we paid for. But this is the 3rd time we were told the property was sold out when we arrived but had already paid for the reservation through Expedia. Due to past experience I had even called ahead and talked to the front desk to verify our reservation was good and notified them we would be arriving late. However, when we arrived the person at the front desk still tried to turn us away. I had to refuse to leave and insist on calling someone before he said he did have the room!!
