Filthy room. Sheets, shower and sink were clean, but the rest of the room was filthy. The floor was especially dirty. I walked barefoot from the bed to the bathroom and the bottom of my feet were black. Also had a special visit from a couple of cockroaches to give us a nice warm feeling.

The room was very dirty. Blood stains on towels. Bedspreads were noticeably stained with oil or engine grime (not exaggerating either). Phone was broke, ice machines were broke, TV had maybe three channels (all over the air channels), and the faucet handle was barely attached to the sink. Rarely do I complain about a hotel, but this place was terrible.

They allow dogs but I don’t see a designated area to take mine. The grass area they have in the back states no dogs. They need a dog park and too bad they can’t section themself off from the restaurant that’s so close. The employees from there park in the hotels spots.

In the morning, another guest used his keycard and opened our door. We were shocked that it happened and when we told the front desk person, she had no answer and didn’t really believe it. We will never stay at a Red Roof Inn again.

We were stuck with poor selection around 10 o’clock at night to pick this hotel. The app said it was good. The room smelled of cigarettes ,burn holes in the blankets. The couch has stains from God knows what all over it. There’s mystery splatter stains on the walls in the bathroom and all the walls are beat up. The remote was literally chewed on by somebody. The carpet was dirty. The phone had dirt crusted on it. Really just unacceptable. I don’t care how cheap it is. You can put some paint on the walls and keep the place clean.

The refrigerator didn’t work. That was the only reason for 4 star. Wasted a good sub. It was noisy outside but couldn’t tell from inside the room. Husky/lab mix stayed free. Huge plus. Very clean. Area was a bit sketchy but it’s off the side of the highway for a good price so can’t fault it

The staff was friendly and the location was convenient. However, the room was in need of cleaning, a lot of cleaning, the carpet was so dirty it needs replaced, glad I had my slippers. Walls were dirty and the bed linens not only needed washed but needed replaced. The only reason we stayed is that they accept pets and we were traveling home with a new puppy (crated to prevent accidents during the night) and there were no bugs that we could see or find, the plumbing worked and we had TV and WiFi and the bed was somewhat comfortable compared to some other places we have been in the past in that town.
