Very clean, helpful staff, spacious rooms. Location is good if you are looking for a peaceful area. It is near to a subway station.

The room was tiny but so thoughtful and functionally done. Perfect for a single traveler who doesn’t plan to spend a lot of time in the room, but also comfortable enough to relax and spend a morning in. Lots of outlets for charging, lots of hooks and hangers and space under the bed to make it suitcases, and the staff was friendly and accommodating to my needs. The only reason I rated the amenities a 4/5 is because I didn’t use them, but if they were like my room, I’m sure they were great.

Room was very spacious and clean and comfortable. A home away from home!

Great hotel in centre of Tokyo, would recommend!

I think Okay sums it up nicely. Nothing wow, but does the job. Locations is great as very close to main station in Shinjuku as well as all the tourist sites. I’ve stayed in a few hotels here in Japan and this one’s definitely on the smaller side. Room is tiny, no space for suitcase except under the bed. The bathroom was small but manageable. The only real negative for us was the uncomfortable beds/pillows. Woke up sore each morning, so if comfort is high on your priorities then probably skip this hotel. Oh and housekeeping doesn’t actually clean the room, they just make the beds and give new towels, which was fine for us. Overall not horrible, but an okay experience
