Just right for first time in Tokyo

Happy I chose this hotel. A very convenient location to JR and metro lines and my room had a spectacular view of Shinjuku! The room is small, like most big city mid-priced hotel rooms — but was just enough for one person and the bed was comfortable for absorbing my jet lag! Room service is offered for amenities but not for food/beverage. Cafe on 1st floor is convenient, but not open late night. Breakfast buffet was excellent.

Great place to stay

I really enjoyed staying here - the room was fabulous and very comfy. It was large by Tokyo standards. I ate upstairs at the in-house restaurant, solo. Unfortunately my table was in the middle of the area, while all the groups and couples were seated by the windows. My table did stand out a little and was in the middle of the area where there were no other people seated. If I was seated by a window, or was dining with someone, then the experience would have been a little easier.

Absolutely terrible experience here The hotels leaking windows ruined my Canadian passport. I was offered zero compensation other then a room upgrade even tho I will now have to spend 3 extra days in Tokyo waiting for a new passport from the Canadian embassy. The refused any type of way to make this right. The rooms do not offer climate control. The windows leak The beds are not breathable. Terrible terrible experience for my first time in Tokyo

Great hotel and amazing view of shinjuku, very big hotel so I felt very safe as a solo traveller. A bit of a trek from the station with bags but overall very easy to get back to from almost anywhere in Tokyo

Heart of Shinjuku for shopping and easy access to multiple suburbs. Very clean and well maintained hotel. Price was perfect. And recommend you get the breakfast package as they have everything needed to start your day as a tourist.
