I stayed here for one night and had a very disappointing experience.
First of all, the room condition was completely different from the photos shown online. The room was quite dirty — it looked like the floor hadn’t even been vacuumed. The air conditioner wasn’t working properly, and the room was extremely small for a family with kids and adults. On top of that, we were given a room with bunk beds, which we did not expect or choose.
I was so shocked that I went down to the front desk to ask for a room change. However, they told me I had to pay an extra $200. We had already paid nearly $300, so I thought that was unreasonably expensive. I searched online and found a larger room in the same hotel for just about $50 more than the one we were given. I explained this to the staff, but they just said that online prices are “special deals” and that in-person prices are higher.
In the end, we had to stay in the small, smelly room with a malfunctioning air conditioner. The service was extremely poor, and we were not offered any help or compensation for the inconvenience. We checked out feeling very frustrated and disappointed.
I do not recommend staying here. The photos are misleading, the service is unhelpful, and the overall experience was not worth the price.
