Everything is good but the water tap

I give a good comment on this stay. The cleanliness is good. One thing I don't like is that the water tap in toilet is a sensor type instead of traditional type. It is eco-friendly in some sense but cause inconvenient during usage. All other things are good to excellent.

Great location to train station and shopping centres. Wonderful park walk up to sky tree. Restaurants in the hotel were very expensive for evening dining. Restaurants around the hotel were disappointing or set up for tourist. As a family of 4 we mainly ate at 711 or Burger King near the hotel.

Terrific hotel pick!

Beautiful hotel, in great location! Train station was right down the street. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Caught the bus to the Skytree tower area but had a nice walk back. Best thing about the hotel was the convenience. There was a direct bus limo to and from Haneda Airport and a free shuttle to Disney Resort. Staff was also very nice and helpful. The hotel would have been perfect if the room was a little bigger. Otherwise, this hotel is a terrific pick!

We enjoyed our stay for 6 nights. The Skytree view was amazing from our room. We love that the train stations were nearby and shopping and convenience stores were close by as well. Staff was very friendly and breakfast buffet was really good with lots of choices.

This property is a 10/10. Perfectly located a short distance to the Kinshicho Station with connections everywhere in Tokyo. Many options for food and the room cleaning is the best. Staff is very welcoming, definitely will stay here again. Thank you. I was very happy with our 5 days stay.
