Clean, functional room. Lots of restaurants nearby. Our only dissatisfaction was shuttle service - you must phone and request it; their bus does not come automatically to the airport’s designated pickup area like it does for other hotels.

I booked this hotel a bit late as something came up last minute and I had to go to Toronto and stay overnight. So, I was charged top dollar and this property did not give back enough to justify the charge. The bathroom had a hole under the sink with exposed pipes and the shower had a strong smell of mildew. Not good. The staff was friendly, but the property needs a lot of improvement.

Good value in an airport hotel

Nice airport stopover hotel. Shuttle worked, checkin was efficient, numerous restaurants in the immediate vicinity both classic chain and independent (including one attached), bed was comfortable. Good value in that part of the world.

I found that there was just a bad smell in the hallways. The bathroom tub and tile caulking was in very poor condition. I just feel that they need to step it up a level if they want their clientele to continue I stayed in the Sandman hotel right across the street the night before And there is not that much of a price difference but there’s a huge quality difference

If you have a late flight, limited food options, you have to order out. Likewise, if you have an early flight, you have to eat at the airport. Other than these inconveniences, close to the airport. V clean, excellent shuttle service for going to the airport from the hotel but you may have to wait a bit for pick up from the airport. I have stayed here more than once and will stay again in the future.
