Extremely Disappointing Stay – Long-Time Customers Let Down
Upon check-in, the receptionist was cold and unwelcoming, setting a negative tone from the start. When we got to our room, the living room TV was mounted at an awkward angle, facing the ceiling, and the bedroom TV had no working channels.
We ordered Denny’s after a long travel day, only to receive cold food and wooden utensils—not exactly the comfort we were hoping for.
Trying to salvage the evening, we took our kids to the pool. The hot tub was filthy, nearly empty, and freezing. The pool itself was just as cold and uninviting.
For $260 a night, this was an absolutely terrible experience. As long-time customers, we are beyond disappointed and will not be returning. This property has gone downhill—what a nightmare.
Wish I could get my money back as I feel totally ripped off
