No cold water no room cleaning service for three d

Everything was great but we didn’t have cold water the entire time also no one came to check the room and clean it the entire time. The problem was when I told the front desk when we were leaving she said I could get breakfast in compensation but we were in a curry because we still had 6h drive to get back home so I don’t know how they would fix this

So on March 15th we checked in at 5:30pm. My wife and I got to the room and my wife want to freshing up before we go out for dinner. When she used the sink in the washroom, there was only boiling hot water coming out. So i went to the front desk and told the issue. The person told me he will send someone to the room and fix it. When the plumber came to the room he couldn't fix it. He told me to leave the water on for 10mins and it will be fixed and that didn't happen. The shower water was on and off right temperature. My wife put the water temperature on warm in shower and suddenly it got to boiling hot water and kinda burn herself. Its a safty hazard and they didn't give us new room. In the morning we complained again and they say they will give us 20%off, meaning we got $30 off. can someone in costume service help me out to get full refund please. the room was 1005

The water is always scalding hot and has to run for 4-5 minutes before it cools down. The mini fridge was freezing all liquids. The keycards were constantly demagnetized.

When we checked in, I was getting ready for dinner and noticed there was hair in the shower drain and the shower. I went down to the front desk and asked them if they could send someone in while we were at dinner to clean it. They did not. I stay in a lot of hotels and in my opinion, clean sheets and a clean shower are the bare minumum. Hair in the shower is disgusting and very off putting. I was fine with asking them to clean it, but when they did not, it made me very upset

Large hotel, pool and slide look like that would be super fun. Rooms are nothing special and kind of outdated in areas, the lobby is nice and the staff we ran into were nice.
