The room was great, staff excellent, nice breakfast, plenty of options available. Evening room service took longer than the quoted 30 minutes and food was only luke warm but apart from that we had a great stay. Transport links really good with the Express 500 bus stops nearby to and from the airport and several car hire companies next door as is the NCP car park. Great selection of shops and restaurants within walking distance too. Highly recommended!

The staff were friendly and helpful, check in/out were easy. Room was lovely, big, comfortable, amazing bathroom and amenities. Location of the hotel is quite central and easy to get to nightlife of Glasgow as well as the interest spots. That being said, with the window open it can be quite noisy. Amenities in the room were great. If you drive here there is also a parking garage across the street from the hotel.

I have stayed here before and both times have been excellent. The room was beautiful and spotlessly clean. The bed is extremely comfortable and the shower is great. Reception staff are brilliant. I arrived early to see if i could drop my bag off so I could go shopping. The lady checked to see if my room was ready. It wasn't but she got me to fill in the check-in form and said she would email me when my room was ready, which she did at 1.45. All in all it was a fantastic stay.

Very comfortable hotel in a prime location near Central Train Station. Breakfasts were great, beds comfy, decor funky and fun. Staff very welcoming. Bathrooms updated with an excellent rainshower. Recommended!
