The room was spotless, everyone was kind and considerate. Jackie was especially kind and helpful. He helped us with our bags, called us a cab and was super friendly and funny.

Great service and attention by the staff. Top quality experience. Great for the business traveler as well. All of the necessary amenities.

We recently spent a day/night at The Langham Hotel in Hong Kong - loved the place. It was very convenient for us (particularly coming from the nearby cruise terminal) and beautiful inside. It was relatively cost effective, and the staff were most helpful both before we arrived (in response to some emails) and while there. If you plan to stay on the Kowloon side of Victoria Harbor, we'd recommend The Langham.
