The room was warm and very humid. The air was running but there was not a way to adjust it. There was a distinct odor of mildew. We requested to be moved to another room, but none were available. At that point, we left and decided to just drive home. We weren’t able to check out because the system was down. We were in the room about 2 hours

Everywhere in the hotel was extremely clean. Staff was nice. Hotel was right by highway, so convenient for us. Beds were comfortable. A nice feature was large dispensers of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in shower rather than the tiny individual bottles

I am 6'7" and reserved a king suite for part of our 40th wedding anniversary trip. When we got to the room, it was not a suite and had two queens. The front desk had no explanation and could not switch is because they are fully booked. Sleeping in separate beds is not how I planned to spend this part of our 40th wedding anniversary.trip. The room, facilities, and such are otherwise fine.
