Tj the hotel from desk was wonderful.. I the food was excellent. The only thing was the hotel needs some updates. Couch in our room was old and peeling. But the service was excellent!

Overall, this was a great hotel. The beds could be better, but the staff was excellent. Our room was very spacious.

Worst experience

Worst experience ever. We stayed in a room next to very loud kids that were running up and down the hall at 1 am. I called the front desk she did call them and they did stay quiet so we could sleep. The beds were as hard as a rock and the room appeared cleaned but there was someone’s clothes left in the closet from a prior stay.

Overhead entry light was out, bathroom fan didn’t work properly, toilet didn’t flush well, fridge door hinge broken, elevator floor was filthy.

One of the worst hotel stays in my life. I’ve stayed in this hotel a few times and the past. I do not remember the miserable smells in the rooms or them running out of towels for 24 hours. The stench now is almost unbearable and the carpet almost feels wet. Kept socks on the entire time and washed everything when I got home.
