We unfortunately stayed while no hot water was running due to the gas explosion. Nothing to do with the hotel. Front desk was not friendly and seemed to be annoyed at the fact we came in. Not very hospitable. Non smoking room but smelled very heavy of smoke covering spray. Other than that, you get what you pay for.

Nasty Room & dirty towels!

There was a gas leak in the city but the notice wasn't clearly or noticeably posted that there wasn't any hot water. The sink drained slowly. The room and bathroom towels were filthy. The fridge would rick back and forth when opening and closing. I've given a bad review before but it is best for the price which says very little. It's on of the closest to my home we were stay there to take refuge from a storm.

Even though we had come in late from a basketball athletic event, the late-night desk attendant was helpful with our check-in, and she was very knowledgeable about the local fast-food locations, which helped us immensely. Overall, we enjoyed our hotel stay and we look forward to staying there again, if we are ever in the area. Our First Choice!

The remodeled pet friendly room was wonderful. We booked an ADA room with double queen beds in an extra large space. The room had been completely remodeled and looked and felt great. The property however, looked pretty shabby in places. We were in the pet friendly building and the exterior and hallways need a complete refresh. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. The property was slightly noisy at times but quieted down by 9 PM. Very good value for The cost.
