On the plus side; the shower had hot water and good pressure, the room heater worked well, and the bed sheets appeared to be clean. On the down side; check-in is painfully slow and occurs through a bullet proof window, grounds were littered, trash cans were overflowing, room floors were filthy, vanity tops and cabinets were dirty/sticky, walls and doors had holes.

Staff not pleasant, bathroom dirty, hair everywhere even in the (clean) towels. Was there because of the ice storm, no shampoo, very tiny bar of soap. 3 pancake flat pillows on a king bed. No breakfast. No coffee or hair dryer in room. Paid too much for the bare minimum!
