Love this little place

It was great I was expecting an oceanfront or a little better view outside of that I would stay again it was pleasant. Very convenient to all the places we went to.

We requested ocean view - not. Parking limited to 1 vehicle per room - we had 2. Ice machine on 3rd floor in closed stairwell- very scary. Carpets dirty. Bed frame coming apart. Pool closed for maintenance, but nobody worked on it and it was running. Outdoor beach loungers old and not moveable. Staff didn't seem to know anything about pool or property. We love Tybee Island , but would not stay here next time. Asking for refund.

This is the only beach hotel on the island and it is clean and close dining and next to a beach bar/restaurant. There is a pool but unfortunately it wasn’t open because of some maintenance issue.

The hotel was clean and well stocked. While the free breakfast was minimal, the coffee was excellent and so were the facilities. We could walk to restaurants and shopping and the pier, and the beach was steps away (and the chairs and umbrellas provided were wonderfully convenient). I would definitely stay there again.

Great beach access , very nice staff. The main room was lovely with a balcony but some other guests smoked on balcony ruining the experience bathrooms had big shower. Could be a bit cleaner and updated. Overall a good stay with great beach access.

Nice to be right on the water. I had a view of the water between two buildings, as advertised. Just a few yards from the beach. Rooms were renovated not too long ago, in very good condition. At least as nice as the major chains with famous names for less money.

Great Beachfront Hotel, but check this out...4/4-7

The wife and I came down for a long weekend for our anniversary. The first night wasnt a good impression for the area. As I arrived at the front office for check-in there was a woman that was being very extra about one single issue with her room. Something about the pull out couch was dirty. Minor issue that could be missed and also can be easily fixed if services was contacted. Instead she basically berated the whole place including the manager on the phone. Then has a nerve to compl about an 11am checkout time. All hotels and resorts checkout from 10 to 12. Dont act like this your first time. Moving on...check in was quick and easy with a very nice clerk. I apologized for the rude person. The clerk looked a little shook. Went to gather our things to take to room when I crossed paths with an uber driver dropping off a customer. Not sure the start, but it ended with the customer angrily responding to the lady with "..because youre a liberal f***!" I was like "what th is wrong with people around here?". So...up to the room. Room was nice and clean. A/C worked very well. TV experience could use some work. And updated system perhaps. Bed was very comfortable. Room was spacious. Complete with fridge, microwave and safe. Plenty of cabinet storage. Only negative about the room was the hot water. Sometimes it would get hot, sometimes just warm. Dial was maxed out. Warm was ok, so we didnt fuss to much. Overall, a very nice place to stay at the beach.Will def consider for next time.
