Enjoy beautiful views from the top floor balcony of this one bedroom, one bathroom condo at the Savannah Beach and Racquet Club. Located just a few short steps from the community pool and the beach at the Savannah Beach and Racquet Club! Watch ships glide up the channel, or stroll the seashore where you can watch dolphins play in the Savannah River while collecting seashells on the shoreline.

The open plan condo features a beautifully decorated comfortable living area that is furnished with a sleeper sofa and a large flat-screen TV. The bright, open floor plan looks out to the balcony and includes the living dining and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all brand new appliances. There is a cafe table which seats 2 along with seating for 2 at the breakfast bar. Guests will also enjoy having an in-unit all-in-one washer and dryer which is located in the full bathroom. Relax in the newly appointed bedroom that is furnished with a king-size bed and a flat-screen TV.

Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). Parking for this condo is unreserved for 1 vehicle only. You will receive a parking pass at check-in.

Located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a beach, but no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships come to port. The condo complex features private beach access, 14`x20` pool and 10`x10` kiddie pool, tennis courts, private parking, gated complex, WIFI access at the pool and Beach & Racquet Club office, community grills, and community coin operated washer(s)/dryer(s) in each building.

I feel like we were misled as to this being an oceanfront property when could barely see the water which was not the ocean. The condo was not very clean with mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and a very rusty shower rod. The bathroom was too small and the bed was awful. Very disappointed we have always had positive things to say about our trips but this one was very disappointing.

Cute Unit Quiet Location

The property was clean and well maintained. It is closer to the beach, in the quiet side of the island. Rental car or bike needed to get to majority of restaurants. New mattress and bed and sofa bed would be welcomed. Also a box of Kleenex would have been nice.

Location is phenomenal. There were just a few minor issues...dirty (or stained) bed comforter, ceiling fan that made a loud ticking noise. The comforter they took care of immediately. We just left feedback about the fan noise but didn't notify or expect them to fix it. I would say this place is great for the price. It's location is probably the best thing about it. In a nice more residential area of Tybee with views of and access to the beach. Watching the dolphins every afternoon was a real treat. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.Note to travelers: it's in the listing so it's on me for not paying attention...they don't provide shampoo/conditioner, etc. There is small hotel soap. So just come prepared. The kitchen is nicely equipped. Has a K-cup machine so bring your own pods.

Wonderful Place!

We stayed here for a short vacation. The location on the North beach was phenomenal with views of dolphins and boats from the balcony. The kitchen was well-stocked and clean. The bed was comfy. Overall, very pleased with the place and would rent again when coming back to Tybee!

Love the view!

Our favorite part is the view of the ocean off the little balcony and the 60 seconds it takes to walk to the beach! Kitchen has everything you need, even though we chose to walk to get coffee and try different seafood places. The bed is comfortable but makes a lot of noise when someone moves. The bathroom is tiny / adequate - - and the ceiling needs some attention. Regardless, we plan to book again!

Great for a weekend getaway

Was just what we needed for a weekend away. Wasn’t expect the bedroom to be right inside the front door and the bathroom was tiny but other than that it was nice and neat and in a great location for waking to the pool, beach and shops.

Loved watching the dolphins.

We were able to watch the dolphins from the balcony and see the beautiful sunset. Easy beach access and close to restaurants. Some of the other guests were not considerate during the night and early morning, but we enjoyed our stay

Great getaway

Loved this stay! Property is north on the island - not in the thick of things but 5-7 minutes from everything. Our stay in April was quiet and we had full access to the pool and the beach. Having an ocean view from our balcony was a bonus.

Summer getaway

Nice Condo for a Couple, but not worth the nightly rate

If I could give this property a 3.5 star rating, I think that would be most appropriate. The beach access was great. The view was awesome. The house was very clean, aside from the fridge that smelled like fish. Also, there are no blinds on the bedroom window, and a bright light right outside, so that was frustrating. In addition, the washer/dryer didn’t work so we were unable to do laundry in the condo. Location of the condo was lovely, easy to get in and out without getting stuck in traffic going through town. Overall, it’s a nice place, but not worth the rate we paid my my opinion.

LOTS OF RULES

This property was ok but there were a lot of rules - most of them were discovered after I had booked. VRBO listing says there is a sofabed but when we got there we didn't have sheets for it so I called and was told that that unit didn't have a sofabed - it certainly did. Then I was told that the mechanism was broken so it couldn't be slept on. We pulled it out and put it back and it was just fine. There seemed to be a nice mattress on it for a sofabed. The view from our balcony of the dolphins at play was wonderful but not much breeze reached us - which that's not the property's fault, just a statement. The entire condo smelled like mildew and by the end of the week my daughter and I both were congested, coughing and sneezing.
