The hotel really could use a renovation and update of the interior. It was quiet and our room was okay. We only stayed one night, but it was very convenient as it's close to the airport.

The Wi-Fi is pretty much non existent. The front desk clerk needs to READ customer requests. Not really a fan of the hotel anymore. Much better in the past. Don’t know why I did a pre check in on line.

Great staff service at front desk. Due to early arrival they helped to store our bags until the room was ready. The hotel has free parking and it is conveniently located around shopping areas, restaurants and YVR Airport.

Arrived at 1 AM after a long flight desk click was rude. Join the night at 4:30 AM. The heating started making weird noises that woke everybody up. Breakfast was poor. I would say it was probably equivalent to a poor Motel 6

The breakfast was okay, nothing special. The staff were fine. Unfortunately, the room had a strong mouldy and dusty smell from check-in until checkout, and it gave me headaches in the morning. No toilet paper and the toilet wasn’t clean enough (the inside, under the cover) It was only a short stay for a quick nap, but I’m not sure I would choose to stay there again.
