Très bon hôtel proche de l'aéroport YVR, propre Personnel très accueillant et aimable qui s'est même occupé du taxi en remplacement de la navette qui était tardive pour ne pas qu'on manque notre avion.

The shuttle to the airport was the selling point for us and everything worked perfectly. There was a suburb blackout when checking in and Staff were lovely. They did everything they could to make us comfortable during the wait. Hotel restaurant is Chinese only but a 10 min walk down the street is a lovely local Italian. Overall a 10 from us.

The best mattress and comfortable sleep, larger shower, older hotel but very clean. Loved being able to open our window. Good breakfast, basic, fresh and good variety. Friendly and accommodating staff. Close to transit and many restaurants are within walking distance.

Did not like the online check-in although the gentleman at the reception gave us a nice welcome when we showed up. Awful coffee from the Keurig machine. Not sure if it came from the K-cup, the sugar or the creamer. We found the fridge turned out when we went to use it. Took way too long for it to get cold. Finally, we had stayed at this hotel before and they had much better breakfast offerings. What they have now just makes them look cheap. Unlikely we will ever go back there again the next time we visit the area, which we do regularly.
