Stayed here for 1 night to attend the Richmond Night Market. It’s very expensive for what you get and the whole place is pretty run down. The elevator button light doesn’t work. And there was hair on the coffee machine when we walked in. The included breakfast was terrible with no hot items. They laid out frozen waffles and pancakes and put a microwave next to them. We said no thank you and walked down to the Tim Hortons down the street. Save yourself the hassle and spend a little more and stay at a better place.

The hotel was older, but I knew that when I booked it. It was clean but dated. Some of the front office personnel weren't completely knowledgeable on answers when questioned. The restaurants nearby are convenient and the hotel worked out fine for the one night we were there.

The property is old and very outdated. Please get rid of every piece of carpet and renovate the bathrooms. Our front desk experience was DELIGHTFUL AND INFORMATIVE! We arrived around 10:00am she secured our bags and directed us to the downtown area. We had a pleasant train ride. She suggested a dinner location which we enjoyed.

Staff was very friendly. Decent continental breakfast options (not cooked breakfast). Walkable to many restaurants, some shopping and the train station to downtown. Older hotel. Needs some updating. Our only issue was the curtains were dusty & a little cobwebby. I would still recommend for airport proximity.

The bathroom has mold spores in multiple places. There was food particles from the previous person in the room on the counter and floor. Beds are very uncomfortable, flat pillows, no cover on the mattress, just the sheet. I would not stay here again and will not refer anyone to this hotel either.

I had never been to Vancouver and was attracted by the design and look of this hotel. Free transportation from the airport was a plus and our driver was sensational and polite. My husband left his cell phone in the van and he returned it to the hotel immediately. We were so grateful for all the staff who assisted us when we arrived. They even safely stored our luggage until check in time. It is an older hotel and could use some upgrades, but all in all, the staff was nice, the water was hot and the hotel was clean and comfortable. Thank you all.
