Amazing experience! Our children had a blast in the pool. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. We had flown in and arrived to the hotel later in the day. Our baby needed milk to get to sleep after a long day of travel and we didn’t have time to make it to the grocery store so the front end staff directed us to the coffee bar and graciously offered us some. We were also upgraded to a bigger room to accommodate the crib which was another amazing step above and beyond. Thanks to all of their smiling staff for making our stay an incredible one! (Bedding was also a dream! My husband and I haven’t slept like that since before children!)
