Beautiful view and location. The room was nice and everything about it was very pleasant. The pool/saunas were very nice and the location had plenty of options for dining and walking around all within just a couple or few minutes.

We stayed for two nights and couldn't be more happy. The location is excellent and we did not have to use our car all weekend. It was very easy for friends to come visit us with multiple dining options in the area. We chose to eat most meals in the lobby restaurant and were very pleased with excellent service. Our room had an amazing view of the harbour and was super clean and nicely decorated. The price was very reasonable. Beautiful pool and work out area as well! We will definitely stay again.

Our stay was great. Just a couple of comments. Seems they rent out the pool to a swim club throughout the week so our time in the hot tub was not relaxing at all with swim coach yelling and blowing his whistle the whole time. Also had a weird experience ordering room service. Couldn’t get through on the phone so called front desk for assistance. They put in the order for us then said they’d call to let us know when it was ready for pick up. I thought this was odd and clarified I’d heard correctly. Yes they did not provide room service to the rooms anymore (or right now)so I’d have to go pick it up in the lobby. When I said I was already in my pyjamas and did not want to leave the room they did make it right and delivered the food to the room . Way to go front desk !! But my only comment would be to state this clearly on the “room service” menu or somewhere in the room so people know before they plan their meal and evening. All in all great stay

Great staff, awesome location, always activities and outdoor market taking place right outside the hotel. The Seabus to downtown , was amazing bonus. Easy and fast transport to and from the airport with Sea Bus and train.

Great location, beautiful rooms, awesome staff, really nice pool/sauna. Only flaws were that the bed was a bit uncomfortable (hard), and $3 for the bottles of water in the rooms is a bit much. Am I spoiled to assume a nice hotel would provide free water?
