Check in was quick and friendly. Our room had a fantastic view of the water. The room amenities are excellent including a small fridge and microwave. We ate at the hotel restaurant twice, and the food was excellent both times.

We love the harbour view! We also liked how easy it was for us to get around Vancouver from this spot. The hotel was very accomodating with parking. Although the beds are smaller (double), we really enjoyed our stay.

I stayed in a beautiful and immaculate harbour view room. The view was spectacular! This is a wonderful location for exploring Vancouver. It's in the waterfront Shipyards District on the North Shore, with restaurants, shopping, and Lonsdale Quay. Buses and the Seabus are a 5 minute walk away. You can hop on the little ferry, and be downtown in about twenty minutes. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, I highly recommend the Pinnacle!

The hotel debited my account my account $407.28 without notifying me and then when I checked out I was debited a second charge $417.72. When I contacted the hotel t ask why I was being charged twice, they said it was standard procedure and I would be reimbursed within 7 days: neither convenient or ethical.

Very nice hotel with prime location

The location of the hotel is unbeatable. Literally steps from the waterfront, the nicest restaurants, coffee shops and the sea bus terminal. It may not be super luxury but I'd say this is one of the better hotel for its price range. Comfy bed, pillows and sheets. Great toilet and bathroom. The gym looks like it's shared with some condo residents though. All in all, great value for the price.

Excellent front of house but beware the lobby bar

Great stay for quick visit in North Vancouver. Fast and efficient check in/out. Only draw back was the restaurant/bar attached to hotel - not very good service the night we went - not sure if it was a staffing issue but pretty poor hospitality and took over 45 minutes to get a drink and appt. Could do with some improvement. Waitress blamed the “system” on error and mistakes…
