Provide basic complimentary needs such as water, and kettle. The snacks looks like they have been there for months and room needs serious updating. Other hotels have bassinet and cribs available for new borns to sleep in. This hotel has none of that, very unpleasant and I regret booking with Pinacle and will never book or recommend to anyone. At least provide a smart TV. Are we in the early 2000 where we watch on demand on a 15 year old led TV. We leave home to have a nice time out of the home, not be wishing to be home as soon as we enter.

I had a great stay, and the room was great for the night. King size bed, spacious bathroom. I was supposed to get moutain views but instead had the main road. It didn't matter too much to me since I was there for a night. It was still a nice view on the street side. Not noisy at all, too. It was a last-minute book as I had a change in plans. I needed to leave from Vancouver DT harbour the following day, and the Pinnacle was an easy location without the high-cost of DT hotelling. I enjoyed the 30-minute ferry boat ride to North Van from DT. Room service meal was great and prompt that evening. I had a free breakfast voucher, which was nice. I wasn't too impressed with the egg bennie but the pancakes was good. Aside from that, everything was great!

This was about my 6th time staying at the Pinnacle. The staff are great. The hotel is very clean. The restaurant has good food. It’s a quiet area & very walkable. The Sea Bus is an easy 10 min walk. Loads of choices of places to eat. This was the first time I had my 80 lb dog with me…he was as welcomed as I was.
