Great hotel!

I really liked this hotel. Very clean, nice pool and reasonable price. The beds, however, are on the firm side but that doesn't take my score down as everyone is different in what they like. Just mentioning it in case that is an issue for someone. I would definitely stay here again. It was nice and quiet too. Fairly close to the beach.

The breakfast was really good. Noisy neighbors, took the staff almost two hours to get them to be quiet. Hair in the tub and sink that certainly wasn't mine.

All was good, nice breakfast, pool area, friendly staff. Only bad was rust in the bathtub and the lower part of the bathroom door looked eaten up by cleaning solution

Old but Ok

We arrived in the early evening and over half the hotel was empty. They still put us in a room directly at the top of the stairs with a couch that had scratches all over it from what looks like a cat and half if the lights weren't working. They had plenty of other clean rooms left but said those would be an upgrade charge because they were pool view. We just stayed where we were. 2nd floor facing the parking lot, which we didn't care much about. The rooms are very old and they tried to refurbish them but they still need a lot of work. The beds are really firm and not the most comfortable but it was okay for a night. We probably wouldn't stay again though. The best part was the breakfast but it was a little weird too. You needed to provide your room number and couldn't bring food back with you to the room which I usually do for my husband because he's more of a late riser on vacations. The lady who cooked everything did a wonderful job though and it was very delicious.

- NO PHONE in the room!!! Not there to 911. Not told at check-in. - Map given but no phone number listed to call front desk - Toilet sounds like a train every time you flush. - Corner of toilet top broken - Tub, rust spots in multiple places - Bathroom walls: moisture streaks down all. - Tub has dark edge that meets wall. Like 6 inches worth. Looks dirty. - Breakfast = NO TO GO PLATES! Not told at check-in. I’m a stickler for rules, but this time I broke them. Came overnight to visit a sick relative and another recovering from surgery. Arrived near 12 am having skipped dinner. Got to breakfast 10 mins till over & “no to go” signage. There was no way that I could get family up & there in time. So I took a little food with me, to have something in stomachs as we check out, visit family, & drive back home. If told me at check in I would have been able to plan. - Diana in the breakfast room is AMAZING!!! She’s funny, kind, always ready to help. She keeps the area clean & brings good vibes. - Staff needs uniformed shirts. Hard to distinguish staff. - Lobby: beautiful, spacious, welcoming. That doesn’t carry over to the room. - Room: clean. Staff: nice. - Electronics work room. Nice size TV that swivels. - Door was slightly crooked which left a small gap at the bottom and tightness at the security lock. - Refrigerator clean. Freezer & microwave never opened. - 3 people check-in. Room only has 2 rags! Closet has no door plus tiny. - The ironing board in the closet had no pad,
