An affortable place to stay in the core of Victoria downtown. This hotel does not offer complimentary parking spots, but there is an indoor parking lot just a block away on Johnson Street. The parking rate is also very reasonable ($2.5/ hr) and free between 8pm to 8am; stat days may also be free. There is also a pub in the proximity of this venue, which is ideal for socializing.

The hotel was clean and the service was great. The room was teeny tiny and there was no parking on site. We had to park in a garage nearby which was a bit stressful. The hotel is near an area of town with folks struggling with addiction so high ambulance area. I’d suggest packing a pillow. Overall, we slept well.

I can’t wait to return to Hotel Rialto!

From the moment I arrived, until the moment I left, Colton at the front desk was awesome! Everything from warmly welcoming me and communicating when my room was ready (early!) to calling a cab for me upon exit, excellent customer service really impressed! Kudos to the front desk manager who trained him! That said, some things can not be “taught”! Thanks too to Joy who joyfully cleaned my room! Good job to the entire staff!

Uncomfortable walking past some homeless people in the surrounding streets. Hotel main entrance is locked and requires card access after 8 pm as a safety measure. But location is close to downtown and a manned city parkade is just opposite and free parking on Sunday’s and holidays. The fridge and the expression machine are noisy.
