I love that this hotel was near government street and walking distance to a lot of things including the harbour, downtown with rich history, cafes, bookstores and so much more. The room was amazing and the staff were friendly. I was quite surprised it’s considered a 3 star hotel because where I come from this could easily qualify for a 4 star. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay! We had a great wedding anniversary with Hotel Rialto.

Very nice hotel. Older building that has been nicely renovated. We appreciated being upgraded to a suite. Having only one elevator can cause delays. Location is very convenient, within walking distance of downtown Victoria. Parking is additional $25/night. Unfortunately, location is two blocks from where many street people camp on Pandora Ave.

Nice staff and room but two related issues. Hotel does NOT have enough parking spaces for all of thier guest. Which means you have to park at a public lot. Tge area around the hotel is experiencing a drug and homeless crisis which makes this dangerous. Sorry

Nice property in a walkable area. Nice rooms. Parking is in a different building, which is a bit inconvenient. The biggest issue is that it's right located in a sketchy area of town so walking around didn't always feel safe.

Great Hotel with excellent staff

This hotel is great, they provided an early check-in when the room was available and were extremely accommodating. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!
